Last updated: June 9, 2026

HomeGPA ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Gambol Home. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use homegpa.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Assessment answers: the multiple-choice responses you provide about your home.
  • Contact details: name, email address, ZIP code, and (optionally) phone number you submit to receive your report.
  • Account data: if you create an account, your email and authentication tokens.
  • Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, and approximate location derived from IP for analytics.
  • Cookies: small files used to keep you signed in and to measure aggregated traffic.

How we use your information

  • Generate your HomeGPA report and personalized recommendations.
  • Email you a copy of your report and related follow-up communications.
  • Improve the accuracy of our scoring model using aggregated, de-identified data.
  • Connect you with vetted professionals when you request a referral.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers that host our site, send our emails, or process payments — under contract and only as needed to operate HomeGPA.
  • Professionals you explicitly ask us to connect you with.
  • Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

Data retention

Assessment results and contact information are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@homegpa.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Opt out of marketing emails (every email contains an unsubscribe link).

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and routine review — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

HomeGPA is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
