- Contact details: name, email address, ZIP code, and (optionally) phone number you submit to receive your report.
- Account data: if you create an account, your email and authentication tokens.
- Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, and approximate location derived from IP for analytics.
- Cookies: small files used to keep you signed in and to measure aggregated traffic.
How we use your information
- Generate your HomeGPA report and personalized recommendations.
- Email you a copy of your report and related follow-up communications.
- Improve the accuracy of our scoring model using aggregated, de-identified data.
- Connect you with vetted professionals when you request a referral.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers that host our site, send our emails, or process payments — under contract and only as needed to operate HomeGPA.
