Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of homegpa.com and the HomeGPA services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Gambol Home ("HomeGPA," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal homeowner, renter, or authorized representative to use the Service.

2. The Service

HomeGPA generates an informational grade ("HomeGPA") and improvement recommendations based on the information you provide. The Service is intended for general guidance only and does not constitute professional engineering, inspection, financial, insurance, or legal advice.

3. No guarantees

Your HomeGPA, comparisons, savings estimates, and impact projections are illustrative and based on user-provided data and modeled assumptions. Actual results — including energy savings, insurance outcomes, and home value — will vary. HomeGPA makes no warranty that any improvement will produce a specific outcome.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your home.
Verify all recommendations with qualified professionals before performing any work.
Comply with applicable laws, permits, building codes, and HOA rules.
Keep your account credentials secure.

5. Third-party professionals

HomeGPA may surface independent service providers ("Pros"). Pros are not employees or agents of HomeGPA. Any contract, work, or payment is solely between you and the Pro. HomeGPA is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services performed by any Pro.

6. Intellectual property

All content, scoring methodology, software, and branding are owned by HomeGPA or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the Service.

7. User-submitted content

By submitting answers or documents, you grant HomeGPA a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content in aggregated, de-identified form to operate and improve the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMEGPA AND GAMBOL HOME WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HomeGPA harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
